I am an excellent diagnostician and may be the first clinician (after you have seen several other doctors) to make the diagnosis of your condition.
Once a diagnosis of a rheumatologic disorder is established, I will offer a specific, targeted treatment plan to restore your body’s balance and guide you on the road to recovery and full remission.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Package
Our Comprehensive Diagnostics Package was designed for patients who are new to our practice and for patients seeking a thorough evaluation of a rheumatology condition.
The Comprehensive Diagnostics includes the following:

In-depth review of your existing medical records (value >$500).

Initial physician visit with physical (value $500) and musculoskeletal ultrasound examinations (value of up to $800), as clinically appropriate.

Standard rheumatologic laboratory test orders (value of over $800) and physician review of test results (value of $200).

Global treatment plan development (invaluable).

Second physician visit to review clinical findings and discuss your treatment plan (value of $400).

Please Note: For Comprehensive Diagnostics, $821 is due at the time of booking and the remaining $679 is due at the initial physician visit.

Restorative Care Package
We offer our Restorative Care package to patients in need of short-term care to restore their health fully. This package is ideal for those in need of small tweaks as opposed to long-term, ongoing treatment.
The Restorative Care Package includes the following:

One monthly physician visit delivered in person or by telehealth.

Medication management to foster speedy remission of rheumatologic symptoms.

Up to two musculoskeletal ultrasound examinations, as clinically appropriate.

Physician communication between visits as needed.

4 Months of Care
Your investment: $2500
Protective Care Package
We extend our Protective Care offering to patients who require ongoing treatment to maintain optimum health for their rheumatologic disorder.
The Protective Care Package includes the following:

Three "planned" physician visits per year delivered in person or by telehealth and up to two urgent visits for flare-ups.

Medication management to control any rheumatologic symptoms.

One musculoskeletal ultrasound examination per year, as clinically appropriate.

Physician communication between visits as needed.
